Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and power cables are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
